Refund Policy

At RenewTec Online, our return policy spans 30 days from the date of purchase. Regrettably, if 30 days have passed, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

To qualify for a return, the item must be unused and in its original condition, including the original packaging. Certain goods are exempt from returns, such as perishable items, intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, and flammable liquids or gases.

Non-returnable items include gift cards, downloadable software products, and some health and personal care items. For a successful return, a receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Please refrain from sending your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Partial refunds may be granted in specific situations, such as books with obvious signs of use, opened CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record, items not in their original condition, damaged items, or items missing parts for reasons not due to our error. Returns exceeding 30 days after delivery are also subject to partial refunds.

Refund Process: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of its status via email. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a specified timeframe.

Sale Items: Regular-priced items are eligible for refunds, while sale items are non-refundable.

Exchanges: We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. To initiate an exchange, email us at lauren@renewteconline.ca.

Gifts: Gifted items can be returned for a gift credit equal to the return's value. If the item wasn't marked as a gift, the refund will be issued to the gift giver.

Shipping: To initiate a return, email us at lauren@renewteconline.ca. You are responsible for the return shipping costs, which are non-refundable. Consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items over $75, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item. 📦🔄
